Support did get the issue fixed, it just took a little bit of time. Really, it wasn’t a huge deal, and I’m glad it got sorted in the end.

We got the RO system from Rayne and I’m dissapointed. At first I figured it just needed a little time, but the water still has this weird taste here and there, and the flow got super slow after only a few weeks.

I called about it and they basically told me to check the filters, which I did, but it didn’t really change much. For how much it cost, I was expecting way better and not to already be messing with it so soon.

Maybe we just got a bad one or something, but either way I’m not happy with it. If I had to do it again, I probably wouldnt pick this system.

It works fine most days, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish it didn’t take as much effort to get everything set up or keep it running the way I want.
